PTT adapter: for connecting PTT from the CWPTT1 cable to the REMOTE connector on the Kenwood transceiver rear panel.   It makes the REMOTE connector available for amplifier connection. You do not need this adapter if your logging software supports PTT via serial (CAT) command.
